We can maintain, service and repair air-conditioning and heating systems in schools, colleges, restaurants, bars, hotels, offices and retail stores. Regular servicing and maintenance of your air conditioning helps to prolong the life span of your system, keep your running costs down and reduces the chance of system breakdowns.

If your school or organization has an air conditioning system is it important that it gets regularly checked. Your air conditioning unit should be inspected, serviced and cleaned at least once every 12 months. It is mandatory under F Gas legislation that you ensure your air conditioning is leak tight. A system that leaks is inefficient and a health and safety hazard. Losing just a small amount of refrigerant can reduce energy efficiency and increase running costs. The health and safety of students in schools is paramount, so regular servicing and maintenance of your air conditioning system ensures they are kept safe from risk of fire, slips from leaks and reduces the chance of them getting sick.

Heath & Safety

DCE Engineers have Gas Safe, NICEIC and REFCOM accreditations which covers all of the gas, electrical and refrigerated appliances in school/commercial kitchens and domestic science/food technology rooms. All our fully trained and experience engineers also apply the BS4163:2014 standard which is the Code of Practice for Health and Safety for Design Technology in schools.
