Falcon One Series

One of the leading UK manufacturers of professional cooking equipment, Falcon, has launched a new induction top oven range that offers quality, affordable alternative to high power versions. The new induction range, named the One Series, has been created to provide those who don’t need the high performance of power supply to cope with high-performance products but want the reliability and quality of a Falcon product.

Shaune Hall, product development chef at Falcon said “This is the induction range for caterers who want a Falcon induction but previously couldn’t have it. It fits a need and a budget, combining the right price, the right features and the right performance for them.”

Ideal for those on a budget, the One Series induction range is a great alternative to the F900 or Dominator Plus models. If your kitchen doesn’t have the power supply to cope with high-performance products, but you still want a reliable and high-quality induction range, the One Series is a perfect choice.

Features

Available in two versions for both single-phase and three-phase. It’s perfect for smaller output commercial kitchens in cafes, coffee shops, care homes, small hotels, and pubs. With a wide range of useful features, this doesn’t feel like a budget option. The One Series has a fan assisted oven and a hob with six individually controlled induction heat zones, so you can cook, fry, boil and simmer multiple different things at once – ideal for places that need to cook numerous meals, or large quantities at the same time. The induction technology provides instant heat and precise temperature control and it even has a 3kW boost function that allows the chef to boost power to a selected induction heat zone, so you can have extra power when you need it.

Falcon LogoWith an easy to use digital display which shows each zone’s current power setting, it’s simple for staff to control and monitor the temperatures. The induction hob even has in-built pan detection so the rings don’t work unless there is a pan on top, meaning there is no wasted energy, very little wasted heat, and your safety is ensured. Despite being a lower-cost alternative, this induction range is still robust, sturdy and built to last, ensuring a long-lasting and high-quality product, that Falcon is known for. Featuring a robust, 6mm toughened glass hob plate it can withstand knocks and bangs of busy commercial kitchens.

The One Series has a fan-assisted oven which ensures the heat is evenly distributed throughout the chamber, for even cooking every time. With a temperature range of 100-250 °C, you can cook a range of different foods. The oven is 2.1GN compatible and offers five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied, giving you the option to cook large quantities of food at the same time. Featuring twin doors with glass panels and two internal lights, so you can easily monitor cooking progress without having to open the door and lose valuable heat.

Cleaning is easy with the One Series induction ranges, the flat glass top hob plate can be quickly and easily wiped clean of any dirt, debris or spillages. The vitreous enameled finish also makes the oven chamber effortless to clean and the outer casing just needs a simple wipe with a damp cloth to keep it looking pristine.
